Jammu, Sep 25: A pigeon with a numbered ring, flying over the roof of a house under suspicious circumstances, was caught in Subah (Suba) Chak, Hiranagar in Kathua district on Friday.

Locals stated that the pigeon caught was wearing a plastic ring with the number 03206343184.
It was spotted and caught by a youth, identified as Amit Singh, son of Mohinder Singh, a resident of Subah Chak. Later, the pigeon was handed over to Hiranagar Police Station for further investigation.
