Ganderbal, Sep 30: A private car caught fire inside the Sonamarg Tunnel in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday, however there were no reports of any injuries or causality in the incident.
Officials said that a Duster car suddenly caught fire while it was passing through the tunnel.
Fire and Emergency Services personnel swiftly responded and launched firefighting operations. The blaze was brought under control within a short time, officials said.
No injuries or loss of life were reported in the incident, officials confirmed.
