Police have arrested a truck driver from Kathua for allegedly setting up a live surveillance feed for Pakistani handlers.

The 24-year-old accused allegedly had installed a CCTV camera outside his house near the border to monitor security forces’ convoy movements and he was paid by his handlers from across the border.
A case under the Official Secrets Act has been registered against the accused.
