Srinagar, Sep 08: Waqf Chairperson Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi has said Kashmir has “once again regained its vibrancy,” as the Valley hosts its maiden International Film Festival, reflecting a significant cultural turnaround in the Union Territory.

Speaking at the four-day festival themed “Rang-e-Cinema” in Srinagar, Dr. Andrabi as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) said the growing cultural activities and public participation in the region were indicative of the changing social atmosphere under the prevailing peaceful environment.
