Kulgam, Sep 30: The body of a 37-years old labourer was found lying in the D.H. Pora area of Kulgam district on Wednesday, officials said.
An official said that the labourer was found near the Nandimarg-Numblan road in Kulgam after locals spotted the body and informed the concerned police.
He said police reached the spot and took the body into custody. The deceased was identified as Bashir Ahmad Gorsi (37), son of Karam Din Gorsi, a resident of Dobdaban Nandimarg.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken, while an investigation has been initiated.—(KNO)
