Team Red Foundation held a productive organisational meeting, during which all the scheduled agendas were discussed and addressed. The meeting focused primarily on strengthening the organisation’s internal functioning, expanding on-ground coordination and assigning clear responsibilities across different areas of work.
Following a detailed review of members’ interests, capabilities and organisational requirements, Team Red, as per a statement, has revamped & restructured its organisational framework, creating a clearer division between executive focus areas, operational functions and district-level coordination.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Saadat Nasir Wani said that the restructuring is aimed at giving deserving volunteers & new members greater ownership and creating a more organised and accountable system of functioning.
“This restructuring is not merely about designations. It is about giving our members responsibility, ownership and an opportunity to grow. Every position comes with a responsibility towards Team Red NGO &, more importantly, towards the people and causes we work for.”
