A Tiranga rally was organised at Khonmoh on Friday as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, with participants marching with the National Flag and spreading the message of patriotism and national unity.
The rally was led by Mohammad Muqsit Wani, JKAS, Block Development Officer Khonmoh, and Farooq Khan, Inspector, Police Post Khonmoh, along with officials from various government departments.
Students, social workers, former PRI members, government functionaries and local residents participated in the rally, expressing their commitment to unity, integrity and patriotism.
The organisers said the Tricolour symbolises the country’s unity, diversity and aspirations, and urged people, particularly youth, to actively participate in the campaign and display the National Flag at their homes and workplaces.
The rally concluded with an appeal to residents to make Har Ghar Tiranga a people’s movement and celebrate Independence Day with patriotic spirit.
