Dawood Ahmed of M/s RS Profiling has been elected president of the Association of Industrialists, Industrial Estate Rangreth, for the 2026–28 term.
A statement issued here said that the election was held on Tuesday through a voting process, with polling conducted from 10 am to 12 noon. The Election Commission said the electoral process was completed peacefully and in an orderly manner.
Nasrullah Jan of JKW Associates was elected vice president, while Mumtaz Gilani of M/s Admiral Phones was elected general secretary.
Yaseen Samdani of Rahimi Laboratories was elected finance secretary, while Farooq Ahmed of Chinar Electricals was elected publicity secretary.
The results were formally declared by the Election Commission following the completion of polling and other electoral proceedings.
According to a statement, the election proceedings were conducted in the presence of observers from the industrial fraternity, including Muhammad Ashraf Mir, Nizam Baba and others, representing the industrial fraternity.
The Election Commission expressed appreciation to the observers, candidates, elected executive council members, participating unit holders and members of the industrial fraternity for their cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and dignified electoral process.
Chief Election Commissioner Ajaz Bukhari, in the declaration issued on Tuesday, said the successful completion of the election through a voting process marked an important democratic milestone for the Association of Industrialists, Industrial Estate Rangreth.
The Election Commission congratulated the newly elected office-bearers and extended its best wishes to the new governing body for the successful discharge of its responsibilities during the 2026–28 term.
