LG Manoj Sinha chairs UHQ meeting, reviews security scenario In J&K

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the Unified Headquarters (UHQ) at Lok Bhavan here to review the prevailing security situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

The high-level meeting was attended by Chief Secretary, top officers of J&K Police, Army, CRPF, Intelligence agencies and civil administration.

Officials said that the meeting reviewed the overall security scenario, inter-agency coordination and preparedness in view of the approaching winter.

The UHQ is the apex forum for synergy between security forces, intelligence wings and the civil administration to review security challenges and formulate coordinated response across the Union Territory.
