Chandigarh, Oct 01: Nissan Motor India on Thursday reported total wholesale sales of 10,025 units in September 2026, comprising 3,300 units in the domestic market and 6,725 units in exports.
The company recorded a 100% year-on-year increase in domestic wholesales during the month, compared with 1,652 units in September 2025.
Nissan attributed the growth to strong customer demand across its expanding SUV portfolio, led by the all-new Nissan Tekton, Magnite and Gravite, along with the continued expansion of its dealer network.
Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said, “Our domestic volumes nearly doubled year-on-year in September, validating Nissan’s product-led strategy, the strength and capability of our network, the contribution of our finance and business partners, and the increasing confidence of Indian customers in the Nissan brand.”
Nissan exported 6,725 units during September, continuing to serve international markets from India.
Under its ‘One Car, One World’ strategy, Nissan offers products to customers in India and overseas that are built to consistent global quality standards, reinforcing India’s role in the company’s global operations.
