WHS Sports Hub has partnered with Test Twenty to host the official J&K Trials for the world’s first Mixed-Gender Youth Cricket Championship.
The trials, as per a WHS statement, are open to boys and girls aged 13–21 years and offer aspiring cricketers a direct pathway to the global stage.
Supported by cricket legends AB de Villiers, Matthew Hayden and Sir Clive Lloyd, and led by Rajkumar Sharma, coach of Virat Kohli and Chairman of the Global Selection Committee, Test Twenty is redefining youth cricket by creating merit-based opportunities for talented players from around the world.
The statement adds that players selected from the J&K Trials will progress to the Global Challenger Pool, with opportunities to advance to the Elite Pool, the Players Draft, and gain access to scholarships, elite academies and professional cricket pathways based entirely on performance.
“As the Exclusive Ground Partner for J&K, WHS Sports Hub invites aspiring cricketers from every district of the Union Territory to register early and seize this opportunity to showcase their talent on an international stage,” the statement adds.
Venue for the trials is at WHS Sports Hub, Sonwar Bagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir with trial date on 16 August 2026.
